Refund Policy
The following are the situations on which the item is eligible for refund;
1) If the item is still within the Item Return policy period
(within 7 days after receiving the ordered item)
2) If the item is without any form of external damage (such as cracks, scratches, tear etc.)
3) If there's a valid reason for refund, and if the return conditions are met
How to Refund
The refunded cash will go to the cash section of your UNITOP account.
1) Log in to your UNITOP account
2) Click "My Orders" at the top right of UNITOP website page
3) Select the item(s) you want refunded
4) Click "Refund"

In line with the endless efforts to serve its customers better, the company has introduced its online shop – UNITOP Online Shopping Mall. As of now, it offers online shopping service in Sta.Rosa, Sta.Mesa, Palawan, Cagayan, Ozamiz, Cebu, and Davao. (More to open soon!)
